The Park Lane Residential Aged Concern facility is owned and operated by Norman Pt Ltd, a privately owned and operated family company which has provided protection to the elderly for more than twenty years. Being a family owned and operated Aged Care Facility, we appreciate worn fashioned family values, personal relationships and the value of appropriate service.

Norman Pt Ltd is a privately owned and operated family company that provides the day to day hands on management of Park Lane Croydon Residential Aged Protection and has provided care and urge to the elderly since 1988. We are proud to be recognized by our community as a provider of particular concern and service. Being family owned and operated, we appreciate old fashioned family values, personal relationships and the value of good service. Resident rooms are beautifully furnished and provide a hot and cozy living environment with window views overlooking water features, formal gardens, themed court yards or begin park views. Each room incorporates good privacy and safety measures including nurse call, slip exempt flooring and individual en suite bathrooms. Park Lane also caters for Residents who wish to share a room with another. Our Lifestyle Program will ensure each Resident has the opportunity to participate in significant social activities, to form friendships, enjoy visiting entertainment and involve themselves with various other social and individual personalized activities. Whether it is a sing along during Happy Hour, participation in our crafts programs, bingo, Church services or outings, our Lifestyle Coordinators ensure a expansive range of activities so that each Resident can have an enjoyable time. Tranquility areas are also available throughout the facility for Residents to organism and participate in their own social activities such as cards or board games with other Residents, family and friends. Our Men’s group program includes activities such as wood busy in the Men’s Shed, gardening, talks from guest speakers and outings to places of interest. At Park Lane, Residents are encouraged and supported to maintain existing social and community interests. Beautifully landscaped gardens surround the many courtyards which yield a lovely setting for Residents to relax and appreciate the surrounds of the water features, the rose Barbour or alfresco ca area. Outdoor activities include lawn bowls, golf (on the putting green), gardening in the raised planter gardens or just a stroll along the board walk among st the gum trees. The rear of our facility provides access to Warren Reserve, a beautiful native bush parkland reserve, complete with children’s playground and undercover BBQ facilities ideal for family visits and picnics.
